Most of the installation work we do in Marbella falls into three types. Villas in Sierra Blanca, the Golden Mile, Guadalmina and Nueva Andalucía usually call for a ducted system with motorised dampers, so each bedroom holds its own temperature and you're not cooling the whole ground floor to sleep. The calls we get most from Marbella are the same every June: the system was fine in September and now it isn't. Usually it's one of a handful of things. A slow refrigerant leak over the winter, so the unit runs but doesn't cool. Coils clogged with pollen and dust after months idle. A condensate drain blocked, so water appears on the bedroom ceiling or the ducted unit's drain pump trips the system into an error. A fan motor or capacitor on an outdoor unit that has baked on a south-facing roof for twelve summers.

We diagnose first and price before we touch anything. If the fault is a part, you get the price of the original part and the labour in writing.
