If you're an ITAFE PRO member, urgent calls (no cooling in August, a leak, an unexpected power failure) get priority: a technician replies on WhatsApp in under 2 hours and, if a visit is needed, you go ahead of non-members, within 48 hours (working days) anywhere in Málaga province — Marbella, Estepona, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Sotogrande included. In the critical hot months (June to September) PRO members come before cold calls.

The other modules (PRO Clima Esencial, PRO Clima Total and PRO Solar) add maintenance of your air conditioning or air-source heat pump and, with solar, continuous monitoring and a quarterly report. Repair labour, parts and refrigerant gas are not part of the monthly fee: they are quoted before work begins, with your 10% member discount. Yes. ITAFE is a registered refrigeration company (RSIF) and a RITE-registered installer with the Junta de Andalucía. Our technicians are certified fluorinated-gas handlers (EU Regulation 2024/573, known as F-Gas 2026) for both air conditioning (category 1) and commercial and industrial refrigeration.
This means we can legally sign CIE electrical certificates, thermal installation certificates and any document your local authority or your insurer asks for. The technician who signs the certificate is the same one who carried out the installation.
